Captain Roster Tool
Once you have registered your team, you will manage your team entirely through the links below. Captains will receive an email with the details of your team and how to invite your teammates to join your team. Here, you can make balance payments, invite and remove team members, edit team information, or make changes to your runner profile, such as shirt size.
Runner Roster Tool
Once your team captain has registered for the relay, you can join their team immediately. Your captain will receive email instructions on how to invite you to join their team. In case you lost it, you will need to know your team's name and team password selected by your captain. Once you are registered, then you can edit your runner profile anytime.
Roster Changes & Deadlines
Roster Deadline - September 3, 2025
Due: Team Name & T-shirt sizes (shirt sizes guaranteed for those runners registered by this deadline). All team members registered online
Final Roster Deadline - September 21, 2025
Due: All preliminary deadlines plus all roster changes
Late Roster Changes: After the Final Roster Deadline
Teams needing to make a late runner substitution or addition after the final deadline can make those changes online until the race day. Changes after September 21, 2025, will carry a $25 fee.
